In a world full of noise, conflicting advice, and programs that promise everything and deliver nothing, it can feel impossible to know who to trust — or where to even begin. But what if the answer isn't found in the next trend? What if it's rooted in something much older and much more trustworthy — the way God designed your body to function?
That's the foundation of everything I do.

Whole, thoughtfully prepared, foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health, blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

Adequate, quality sleep is essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly positive physical and mental impacts on health.
When these foundations are strong and balanced, something beautiful happens — your body begins to do what it was designed to do. Think of them as the roots of a tree. When they're nourished properly, everything above ground flourishes.
My goal is to help you understand and strengthen these foundations in a way that's tailored to your unique body, your faith, and your real life. Together we'll explore how each of these areas is impacting your health and build practical, grace-filled strategies to support them.
This isn't about perfection or another program to white-knuckle your way through. It's about building a foundation so solid that healthy living stops feeling like a struggle — and starts feeling like coming home.
Years ago, I graduated from culinary school and became a pastry chef. My world revolved around butter, sugar, and chocolate — while I quietly fought a battle with my weight I couldn't seem to win. I'd struggled since childhood, cycling through restriction, yo-yo dieting, and every trend imaginable. The irony of my situation wasn't lost on me: there I was, surrounded by the very food I had such a complicated relationship with, feeling discouraged and overwhelmed.
For 17 years, I kept searching for answers. Nothing stuck.
Then I found Nutritional Therapy — and everything shifted.
I learned that my body wasn't broken. It was designed brilliantly. I didn't need another diet. I needed foundations: a nutrient-dense diet, healthy digestion, blood sugar balance, quality sleep, and stress management. Learning to release control — and trust God with what I'd been white-knuckling for years — changed everything.
I'm still cooking and baking, but from scratch with real ingredients. I'm not restricting. I'm nourishing. And for the first time in my life, I have genuine peace with food.
That transformation ignited a passion to help others find the same. I'm training with the Nutritional Therapy Association to translate nutritional science into practical, personalized strategies rooted in how the body was designed to function.
You're not broken, sister. You just need a different approach.
Rooted: Everything I do is grounded in the belief that your body was fearfully and wonderfully made — designed by God with incredible intelligence and an innate capacity to heal.
Personal: You are not a set of symptoms or a number on a scale. Your plan will be as unique as you are, tailored to your body, your story, and your life.
Grace-filled: No guilt, no shame, no perfection required. We'll build sustainable habits that work in the middle of your real, busy, overwhelming life — not an imaginary one.
Empowering: My goal is to help you become the expert on your own body so you can steward your health with confidence and peace — for the long haul.
Whether you're dealing with a specific health challenge or seeking to optimize your wellbeing, we'll work together to create sustainable changes that fit your real life.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me outside. My husband Jeff, our dog Sugarfoot, and I are happiest in the fresh Colorado air — hiking trails, camping under the stars, kayaking, or cruising on our bikes. There's something about walking through the forest near our home that restores me in a way nothing else quite does.
When we're not adventuring outdoors, we're at home enjoying the simple things — a competitive round of Uno or Skyjo, or settling in for a good movie together.
I believe in walking the talk. The foundations I teach my clients — nourishing your body, managing stress, honoring rest, finding joy in everyday life — are the same principles I live by. That firsthand experience allows me to offer not just knowledge, but genuine, practical insight on what it looks like to build a healthy, balanced life you actually love.
You don't have to keep searching. You don't have to keep starting over. There is a way forward that honors your body, your faith, and your story — and I'd love to walk it with you.
I'm completing my NTA certification and will be accepting clients in May 2026. Join the waitlist now and you'll be the first to know when I'm ready to take you on.
Your body was fearfully made. Let's start nourishing it that way.
